Abiodun Ajayi holds a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and his consultancy career in the built environment extends over 32 years.

He worked briefly at Plan-Eng Consultants before moving to KOA Consultants Ltd. He has spent over 30 years with KOA and is currently an Executive Director in the firm.
