Attributes & Responsibilities
- Team player
- Provide mentorship as a team leader to lower cadre engineers.
- Lead the design team in design development, design options, reports, cost estimates, drawing documentation, etc including technical specifications
- Able to represent the organisation at Clients’ and project technical meetings.
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and other project stakeholders to find solutions to project specific challenges.
- Timely completion of project in accordance with all applicable guidelines, codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc. or B. Eng. A higher post graduate qualification will be an advantage
- Seven (7) Years Post NYSC (minimum)
- Registration with Professional Bodies (an added advantage)
- Proficiency in use of AutoCAD compulsory) and Revit (entry or working knowledge
